Pledge loan
Three steps to realization of your dream:
Obtain a preliminary resolution on the loan amount with our Bank's nearest branch just within 30 minutes.
The individual card you will receive will allow you to select real estate you are interested in within 3 months.
Prepare the documents pack and buy the real estate after the Bank has passed its positive resolution.

Interest-free crediting period:
If during a month you use your card for making payments within the trade and service network and repay your loan in full until the 15th day of the following month the loan will be interest-free for you for the period of up to 45 days*.
Minimum compulsory payment:
If you are not ready to repay the whole loan amount, you are always allowed to make only the minimum compulsory payment, which is just 2% to 5% of the amount of the loan used in a month, minimum UAH 10 to UAH 275 depending on the type of the card.
Attention!
If you receive your salary on an account with NADRA BANK or you have arranged the complex Tariff Pack "Welcome!" your discount is 5% of the loan interest rate and up to 60% of discount on the annual repayment!
Documents required?
Your documents:
- Copy of your passport
- Copy of your identification number certificate
- Certificate from your work, which indicates your position and personal income you have received within the last 6 months (Form 3), or your income declaration
- Other documents confirming receipt of additional income.
When submitting the copies of the documents, you must also submit their originals for verification.
If you are an entrepreneur:
- Individual entrepreneur’s report (Form 3) for the last three reporting dates
Documents required to create a pledge:
Real estate object:
- Copy of the title document of the real estate
- Copy of technical passport
- Copy of specification certificate from TIB
- Report on expert evaluation of the pledge object carried out by a certified evaluator **.
Deposit:
- Agreement of deposit placed with NADRA BANK.
If necessary, the Bank may require additional documents.
Additionally, we propose that you:
- Arrange for one of our Packs "Welcome!"and transfer your salary on an account with NADRA BANK;
- Repay your loan without visiting the Bank.
