Minimum list of documents required for the product "Acquiring"

No.	Document name
For enterprises, which pay profit tax on common terms:
1	a photocopy of the director’s passport;
2	a photocopy of a USREOU code assignment statement from statistics authorities;
3	a photocopy of the state registration certificate of the business entity-legal entity;
4	a photocopy of the bank card containing sample seals of the enterprise and signatures of the persons authorized to sign banking documents (certified by the servicing bank);
5	a photocopy of the minutes documenting the election of Mr [full name] director of “____” LLC; and
6	a photocopy of the lease agreement, if any.
For all enterprises, which are payers of single profit tax:
1	a photocopy of the director’s passport;
2	a photocopy of the state registration certificate of the private entrepreneur-individual;
3	a photocopy of the single tax payment certificate;
4	a copy of the taxpayer identification code certificate;
5	a photocopy of the bank card containing sample seals of the enterprise and signatures of the persons authorized to sign banking documents (certified by the servicing bank); and
6	a photocopy of the lease agreement, if any.

If document copies are presented, their originals have also to be presented for comparison.

This is just a minimum list of documents. The Bank reserves the right to require other documents of the Customer.
