What is this?

  • It is an all-inclusive offer of the Bank, intended to finance construction of residential buildings and infrastructure.

Your benefits:

  • you become entitled to a long–term loan of up to three years;
  • you may drawdown your loan in accordance with a flexible schedule;
  • the loan decision and decision of your accreditation as a developer are made simultaneously, a factor allowing you to quickly attract investment funds from individuals and simplifying the decision-making procedure;
  • simultaneous availability of two financing sources (bank loans and individual investments) saves your time and resources, allowing you to sell newly constructed property at later construction stages (when prices for them are higher);
  • a grace period (deferment) may be granted for loan principal repayment until individual investments start coming in through the distribution of targeted bonds or a construction financing fund; and
  • the mortgage lending program for individuals from NADRA BANK makes it possible to attract more individual investors.
