Minimum list of necessary documents for the product "Financing of Current Operations"

1the Borrower’s questionnaire-application for a loan (in the form required by the Bank);
2the minutes of the participants meeting called to confirm the loan amount and purpose, type and amount of security, as well as the powers of managers to sign loan-related documents;
3copies of licenses, patents, permits;
4a feasibility study or a business plan;
5the balance sheet (Form No 1), profit and loss statement (Form No 2), and the company profit statement for the latest three reporting dates; for individual entrepreneurs, the financial statements of individual entrepreneur-single tax payer (Form No 3) for the latest three reporting dates or an income declaration;
6item-by-item clarification of the balance sheets for the past two reporting periods:
  • fixed assets;
  • stock (goods, finished products, raw materials, semi-finished products);
  • accounts receivable (names of major debtors (accounting for more than 10 percent of the amount in accounts receivable) debt creation reasons, payment terms, amounts);
  • accounts payable (names of major creditors (accounting for more than 10 percent of the amount in accounts payable) debt creation reasons, payment terms, amounts);
  • other major balance sheet items making up more than 10 percent of the balance sheet total.
7a statement from the tax authority responsible for the location of the company’s state registration (as well as the location of lands belonging to the borrower), confirming that no tax pledge has been made;
8a statement from the servicing bank(s) about movement of funds on current accounts of the company (if the company has current accounts at other banks) for the past six months, broken down by the month;
9a statement from the servicing bank(s) about debts, if any, on loans/credit facilities/avalised bill/ factoring/guarantees etc as well as loan interest;
10copies of lease agreements for warehouse premises, contracts (agreements), invoices and other such documents related to business activities of the company, including the transaction which is to be financed from the loan;
11the documents required to register a pledge indicated in the List of Required Security Documents;
12if any amendments or supplements have been made to the foundation documents, their copies certified with the company seal have to be presented; if no amendments or supplements have been made to the foundation documents, a letter stating that the foundation documents have not been amended or supplemented has to be presented, certified with the signature and seal of the director.

If document copies are to be presented, the Applicant has also to present originals for comparison.
The Applicant should take into account that all the information contained in the given application or presented to the credit expert must be true and correct. Any errors or incorrect data provided by the customer may lead to a delay in making a loan decision or subsequent errors in further documents, particularly, in the pledge agreement. The Applicant should also know that any information and documents directly related to this Application may substantially expedite the loan decision process.

This is just a minimum list of documents. The Bank reserves the right to require other documents of the Customer, if necessary.
