“Service culture and quality” Project

More than one year ago, a rebranding process was launched in NADRA BANK. We began redesigning our branches into a new, modern style, making them more comfortable and friendly. New sites have been opened in locations that are most convenient for you. We have developed many good products and services, taking into account your wishes to the maximum extent, because we create them together with you. We take a proactive part in the social life of our country, since we believe this is part of our bank's mission.

Since the very beginning of our rebranding, we have been developing service standards and investing large resources in personnel training. We want you to take pleasure and experience positive emotions from visiting our branches and communicating to our officers. Despite important achievements in many fields, we realize that a lot more still needs to be done in this direction. A change in people’s psychology requires much more time and effort than a change in the bank's external appearance. Therefore, at the beginning of 2008, we we launched the “Service culture and quality" project. Our aim is to essentially increase the quality of our services by the end of the year while evaluating our progress, and would like to do so together with you.
